After confirmation, orders are processed in one to two business days. After your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

After dispatch, standard delivery within Germany normally takes three to seven business days.

Within three minutes of placing your order, you can contact our support team to cancel it. The order can only be returned after it has been delivered because it is already in the processing stage.

Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging in order to be returned within 30 days of delivery.
