It is our aim at Mevokir that every transaction is secure, simple, and transparent. This Billing Policy is an explanation of how we make payments, bill, and related matters.

Accepted Payment Method

  • All payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments
  • Financed payment options can be credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and local payment at checkout.

Billing Timing

  • Your payment method will be billed when the order is confirmed.
  • They will not be processed or shipped until they are fully paid.

Currency & Pricing

  • All prices on this site are in EURO (EUR)
  • You will not be liable to any hidden charges by Mevokir
  • Your bank or card issuer may also impose additional fees (e.g., foreign conversion fees) over which we have no control

Payment Processing

  • Payment Processing Shopify Payments securely processes payments, which is a PCI-compliant and reliable platform
  • All orders are approved instantly, except for up to 2 business days in extreme circumstances for bank verification or fraud checks

Failed Payments

  • In the event of payment failure, your order will not be processed
  • You can try again with a different payment method
  • If the payment is not made within 24 hours, the order will be cancelled.

Security & Compliance

  • All payments are secured and processed in accordance with PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard)
  • We store no full payment details on our servers

Refunds & Chargebacks

  • For refund information, refer to our Return & Refund Policy
  • Shopify Payments will handle the dispute according to their standard dispute procedure
  • We might call you for further documentation on review
