When can I expect my order to be shipped?
- After confirmation, orders are processed in one to two business days. After your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
What is the duration of delivery?
- After dispatch, standard delivery within Germany normally takes three to seven business days.
Can I modify or cancel my order once I've placed it?
- Within three minutes of placing your order, you can contact our support team to cancel it. The order can only be returned after it has been delivered because it is already in the processing stage.
What is your return policy?
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging in order to be returned within 30 days of delivery.
What occurs if my payment is unsuccessful?
- Your order will not be confirmed if your payment is unsuccessful. Unpaid orders are automatically cancelled after 24 hours, but you can try again with a different payment method.
