Not everything goes according to plan at Mevokir. If you need to cancel an order, please read on.
Window of Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of confirmation.
After this time, the order will be immediately processed and prepared for shipping.
Orders cannot be cancelled more than 1 hour after they were placed, even in exceptional circumstances.
Methods for Cancelling

After the Window
- If your cancellation request is received an hour after that have been allocated, the order may already be in transit or processing.
- In this case, you can still use our Return & Refund Policy to return the item.
Response Time
- We aim to review and respond to cancellation requests within 2 hours during support hours.
- Requests made after business hours will be handled as soon as possible the next day.
